My friend just received bonus but this bonus is for last year ones. She is so unhappy and unsatisfied the amount of the bonus because she is expected she can get more than that due to her performance of the work. I was thinking that she didn’t get at least 1 month bonus because she is still new and joined her company about 10-11 months only.
