Credit Card Replacement Has Been Delayed

My credit card card has been broken and I have requested to replace a new ones in the past 3 weeks ago. It is because the of credit card officer make the mistake, filled up my form with wrong branch code to pick my credit card, then the credit card center sent my credit card to other branch. I will going to fly to Hong Kong very soon and I need my credit card urgently to check in the flight because I make the flight booking online and paid with my credit card. In case I really can’t check in my flight on that day, I will going to complaint the bank and ask for compensation.
