If you ask me try diet pill to lose weight, I rather go to do exercise and take foods in balance everyday. My friends have tried to use diet pill last time, but I can saw them don’t faced any problem after using diet pill. May be they didn’t over use diet pills, and use them before get the advice from their doctor.
